Our Objectives
- To establish NCbLO as an effective umbrella organisation.
- To enhance the quality of the experience of Black communities.
- To increase the numbers of Black individuals at senior and middle management levels in both public and private sector organisations so that the country properly reflects its changed ethnic diversity nationally, regionally, and locally.
